Challenge : The Builders Guide is a publication advertising home construction contractors. TheBuildersGuide.com is the online companion to The Builders Guide book. The main challenge was to develop a system for the user to bid and purchase a service rendered by an advertiser on the website.

Solution : The Builder’s Guide handles two types of users, the advertising contractors and the customers who need services of those advertisers. When a contractor advertises in The Builders Guide they also have the option of downloading the contact info for the people that The Builder’s Guide is mailed to. This allows the advertiser to search for contractors by area. A pre-set number of points will be awarded /deducted to single or multiple bids and purchases. At the Admin side, following features can be experienced;
