Challenge : To create a CMS based website for Real Estate,which contains 4 types of accounts i.e. Agent, Agency, Entrepreneur and Travel. The solution incorporated features like property listings, rental listings, new property listings, custom search friendly urls, customizable images & navigation bars, agent contact info and many other features.

Solution : After studying the client’s business process our business analysis group prepared a software working scenarios aimed to improve and expedite up the Real Estate business. The system features 4 components: Agent, Agency, Entrepreneur and Travel, each with its own functionality.<br /> •<strong>Agent:</strong> An agent is provided with one admin user and login for the backend. An agent can upload an unlimited amount of pictures, property and rental listings related to a specific agent., Customizable navigational bars and pages are also present on this page allowing for customized searches etc.<br /> •<strong>Agency:</strong> Having an admin that sets all other user and login. Admin can create multiple advance users from backend. The features are similar to the agent profile.<br /> •<strong>Entrepreneur</strong>: Designed for an entrepreneur who wants to post properties on the website and also accept payments online . All other features of an entrepreneur are similair to the agent and agency<br /> •<strong>Travel</strong>: A travel component was designed that was modeled after the Entrepreneur. The features of this page are resemble the features of the entrepreneur.

Result : The completion of this project was one of the great achievements of MechTechnologies. The result was an effective content management tool that automates the processes and the company work flow greatly reducing probability of human error. The client increased the services and products they offered to both new and existing customers. The client was very happy with the, increased customer loyalty as well as revenue per client.
