Challenge : Objective was to create a calendar module for the purpose of manage venues, their events, allocated resources to the events, manage appointments and show these details to a specific user. Client wanted to show the complete calendar with schedule. Multiple venues with multiple events had to show in the calendar. SMS functionality should be added to the calendar for sending messages of appointments

Solution : Each project is entirely unique. We successfully combine strategic thinking, beautiful design, audience focused content and bespoke technology to differentiate our clients from their competitors. It was very complex project and solution given by our professionals was surprising. Developed solution has the ability to add venues and multiple events are managed in a single venue. Time slots are also added and dynamic calendar was embedded in order to enter date against an event. Schedule of each month was appeared in a large size calendar. Appointment details are used to show by clicking a date

Result : Simple classic interface and lots of clean space created a professional image for this DNN calendar. This dynamic calendar was used by all age groups and gives good results. A calendar which has well structured content and appointments searched easily. An effective automated tool was developed which reduced the probability of error and increased the automation process. Client appreciated our efforts and was thankful for this product.
