Step Initial Contact & Cost Estimation

Once you contact MechTechnologies and inform us of your requirements we will provide you with a free quote. Once you have provided us with sufficient information we will then send you a free proposal, which in most case scenarios will take 3-4 business days. After we have agreed to the scope of the work we will provide you with our policies statement and confidentiality which you will then sign.

Step MechTechnologies Questionnaire

We forward a questionnaire to you that we request you complete. The questionnaire assists the MechTechnologies design team and the client to better understand your requirements for the logo design. The questionnaire is designed to answer questions pertaining to the style of your logo, the colors that your business uses, what feelings you would like your logo to generate, and the audience that you are targeting with your logo. The questionnaire also includes sample logo designs which require your comments. This helps us better understand the concept you want your logo design to project. It will give the client the opportunity to view potential final designs.

Step MechTechnologies Research

Prior to the logo designers initiating their work on the concepts of your logo, the team conducts rigorous research about your business, your competitors, and your target audience. This information is then used in the various logo design concepts, when conceptualizing your logo.

Step The Logo Concepts

Once the research has been conducted, the questionnaire has been completed, and the necessary information has been stored, (the questionnaire)our logo designers develop initial concepts Each logo designer will develop 6 logo design concepts for you to review in a .jpg form. We use vector-based tools for your logo design incase it needs to be printed on a larger medium such as brochures, billboards etc. The client will then select the logo design concept you want refined or reviewed. The logo selected is worked on by the logo designer who developed the initial concept. The designer creates different variations of this design fro your review and approval.

Step Finalizing the Design & Copyright Issues

Once you select a final variation of your logo we give you the original source file of the final logo for your use. The copyrights are yours; however MechTechnologies keeps a backup of the logo design to use for promotional purposes only.
